The PVC sheet with no metal elements is self-repairing: in case of impact, it temporarily exits the guide and automatically re-enters without stopping production. The DynamicRoll® AIR features side pillars with integrated fans that create a patented air curtain for environmental protection and flow control. The door is self-repairing thanks to the zipper system, which automatically reinserts the curtain in the event of a collision.
The motorization is controlled by inverter with absolute encoder, ensuring precision, reliability and high performance on intensive cycles. High-density self-lubricating polyethylene guides ensure quiet sliding and long life. The flexible curtain is free of rigid elements, with electronic protection by photocells.
DynamicRoll® AIR complies with EN 13241-1, with maximum height up to 8,000 mm and width up to 4,500 mm, opening up to 2.5 m/s and closing up to 0.8 m/s. The door resists wind up to Class 4 (3,000 x 3,000 mm) and Class 3 (4,500 x 5,000 mm).
