DynamicRoll® CB 230 is designed to separate sterile environments in overpressure, with very low air permeability and a robust yet compact structure. The door enables precise sizing of ventilation and air purification systems, reducing dispersion and energy consumption.
The PVC curtain with no metal elements ensures maximum safety: in case of accidental impacts, it slides out of the guides and automatically re-enters without operator intervention. The door is equipped with mechanical counterweights to allow opening even in the event of a power failure, ensuring operational continuity and complete protection for operators and environments. The CB 230 can be equipped with sequential photocells to further increase safety standards.
The DynamicRoll® CB 230 is designed with high-tight carpentry to minimize air leakage and achieve Class 4 permeability. The sleek and ergonomic external motor is driven by inverter with absolute encoder, ensuring high precision, reliability and handling of intensive cycles.
The flexible self-repairing curtain slides in the guides without rigid elements, automatically reinserting itself in the event of a collision. Emergency opening by mechanical counterweight allows operation in the absence of electricity. The door complies with EN 13241-1, with maximum height and width up to 5,500 mm, opening up to 3.6 m/s and closing up to 1.2 m/s.
