DynamicRoll® MS 150 is ideal for industrial applications where it is necessary to cordon off work areas or automated production lines. The 1300-gram PVC sheet has side hinges that ensure complete closure along the uprights.
A safety microchip installed at the bottom of the mast sends the “door closed” signal to the control circuit, allowing the line to operate only when the door is properly closed. The self-repairing system ensures that, in the event of a collision, the curtain automatically re-enters without stopping production.
The DynamicRoll® MS 150 is equipped with inverter-controlled motorization with absolute encoder, ensuring precision, reliability and high durability even on intensive cycles. The compact design with wrap-around profiles and self-lubricating polyethylene guides without rigid elements allows quiet operation and high protection of machinery.
The control panel is plug & play with self-diagnostics. Maximum height 6,000 mm, maximum width 5,000 mm, opening up to 1.8 m/s and closing up to 0.8 m/s. The door complies with EN 13241-1.
