The patented PVC sheet, with high-density polyzene/polyethylene zipper, prevents twisting and jamming, while the “V” shaping ensures smooth and quiet winding. High-density polyzene guides, also patented, allow immediate self-repair at the point of impact and total smoothness of sliding.
Compared to the standard version, the B-Drive® SP is more compact and faster, with maximum dimensions of 5,000 x 5,000 mm. Equipped with a high-precision absolute encoder, optional photocell barriers and a silent sliding system, it is ideal for industrial applications, logistics, large warehouses, production laboratories, food, chemical and automotive industries.
La industrial rapid door B-Drive® SP reaches maximum dimensions of 5,000 mm in height and 5,000 mm in width, with opening and closing speeds of up to 3 m/s. Wind resistance is high, reaching up to the Class 5 for openings within 5,000 mm, and the door can operate smoothly with gusts up to 100 km/h.
The handling is entrusted to the push & pull integrated into the nut of curtain winding, which avoids additional weights and rollers. High-density polyzene/polyethylene guides ensure smooth, quiet operation and immediate self-repair at the point of impact. The absolute encoder ensures precise recognition of the sheet position, while patented zipper technology and smooth materials ensure quiet and safe operations.
The operating temperature range is wide, from -30°C to +70°C, making the B-Drive® SP suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, even in refrigerated or industrial environments exposed to extreme weather conditions.
