The door is designed to ensure speed and safety: the curtain equipped with special hinges, free of metal elements, in case of accidental impacts temporarily exits the guides and automatically re-enters without operator intervention. The DynamicRoll® Food INOX combines strength, compactness and ergonomic design with a high-precision external motor controlled by inverter with absolute encoder. The self-repairing sheet slides without rigid elements in the guides, automatically reinserting itself in case of impact without stopping production.
The door complies with EN 13241-1, with maximum height 6,000 mm, width 5,000 mm, opening up to 1.8 m/s, closing up to 0.8 m/s, and wind resistance up to Class 4. The plug & play control panel with advanced diagnostics simplifies operation and maintenance.
