DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 is designed for the refrigeration industry and for environments where positive and negative temperatures need to be managed even with uncontrolled humidity. The two sheets spaced 200 mm apart create an insulated air chamber, and in negative-temperature applications, a low-power hair dryer keeps the air warm to prevent icing.
The self-repairing curtain slides without rigid metal elements and, in case of accidental impacts, temporarily exits the guides to re-enter automatically without operator intervention, protecting people and goods. The door ensures thermal insulation, safety, quiet operation and production continuity even under extreme conditions.
DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 is equipped with inverter drive and absolute encoder, ensuring precision, reliability and durability even in intensive cycles. The compact structure and self-lubricating polyethylene guides without rigid elements maximize thermal insulation (thermal K 2.0 W/m²K) and reduce condensation and ice.
The control panel is user-friendly with advanced diagnostics and plug & play. Maximum height and width 5,500 mm, opening up to 3.6 m/s and closing up to 1.2 m/s. The door complies with EN 13241-1.
