DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 AIR is designed for the refrigeration industry and for environments where it is critical to manage positive and negative temperatures, even with uncontrolled humidity. The two sheets spaced 200 mm apart create an insulated air chamber, while the low-power hair dryer maintains the temperature between the coats and reduces ice formation.
The main difference from the FRIGO 2 model is the air blade generated by the patented fans in the uprights, which limits air interchange during frequent openings and minimizes the risk of contaminant ingress. The self-repairing curtain slides without rigid metal elements and, in case of impacts, automatically reinserts itself without stopping production.
DynamicRoll® FRIGO 2 AIR combines high speed, thermal insulation and advanced safety. Drive with inverter and absolute encoder ensures precision and reliability even on intensive cycles. Compact design and self-lubricating polyethylene guides without rigid elements maximize insulation and durability.
The control panel is plug & play with advanced diagnostics. Maximum height and width 5,500 mm, opening up to 3.6 m/s, closing up to 1.2 m/s. The door complies with EN 13241-1.
