La Pack® Crane belongs to the Pack series of rapid wrap-around doors and is designed to handle large compartments and the passage of overhead cranes and heavy loads. The PVC sheet reinforced with steel bars is lifted by strong straps and bundled at the top, while the patented tapered uprights ensure airtightness and optimum performance even in high winds.
This door is custom-designed: the shaping of the uprights and the dimensions of the curtain are tailored to the type of overhead crane and operational requirements. Pack® Crane doors are suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications in areas such as heavy industry, ports, airports, shipyards, and composting.
With its self-supporting structure, dual-motor system, and patented conical guides, the Pack® Crane combines wind resistance, fast opening, and reduced energy consumption. It is designed to last over the long term and to ensure safety, reliability, and minimal maintenance even under severe conditions.
La quick door Pack® Crane can reach a maximum size of up to 5,500 mm high and 5,500 mm wide, with opening speeds up to 3.6 m/s and closing until 1.2 m/s. The structure is self-supporting galvanized steel, while the PVC sheet reinforced with steel bars ensures stability and safety.
The Pack® Crane withstands wind up to 160 km/h and is operational until 120 km/h of pressure/depression, thanks to the patented conical uprights and tapered guide system. The handling system uses technology Push-Pull with dual motors, ensuring smoothness and precision even for surfaces from about 40 m².
