The Spiral Door ISO 50 is the ideal solution for industries that require high-performance insulated doors with fast roll-up, maximum security and excellent aesthetics. The door leaf consists of 50 mm thick rigid aluminum or steel double-walled panels, with the possibility of inserting polycarbonate window panels or modulated panels for ventilation.
The patented spiral winding, made of high-density polyethylene, eliminates contact between elements, preventing wear and maintenance and reducing lateral bulk. The 400V three-phase drive, controlled by inverter and absolute encoder, allows opening speeds up to 2 m/s, ensuring continuity of service even in the most intensive uses.
ISO 50 Spiral Doors do not require ceiling anchors and are equipped with patented high-density polyethylene guides, ensuring smooth and quiet sliding. Safety is ensured by photocell barriers with up to 22 beams, protecting operators and vehicles during handling.
The Spiral Door ISO 50 Thermicroll is constructed with a modular mantle from 50 mm thick panels, available in different variants: insulated with double aluminum or prepainted steel sheet, single-wall blind, single-wall “Airflow” for ventilation, or windowed with aluminum frame and single-wall polycarbonate. The patented spiral system allows winding without a shaft and without contact between panels, while lifting is by double push-pull chain and counterweights, eliminating springs prone to breakage.
The door is motorized with a 400V three-phase inverter and equipped with an absolute encoder for precision and position control of the curtain. Side guides made of high-density polyethylene allow for quiet and continuous, frictionless sliding. The small lateral footprint and the absence of ceiling fixings make installation easy even in confined spaces. The thermal insulation U value reaches about 1.5 W/m²K. Door durability reaches up to 3 million cycles with periodic maintenance.
